Activities generally take place in the JBR Beach, Palm Jumeirah, and Umm Suqeim areas. We also offer special transfer services depending on the location.

Yes, Dubai Hayalim offers a flexible reservation policy that allows you to change or cancel your dates as needed. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
