No refunds are provided for visa applications and special organizations in case of cancellation.
No refunds are made for no-show situations.

4. Passport and Visa Responsibility

It is the participants' responsibility to ensure the validity of their passports and visa eligibility.
Providing accurate information and documents for visa applications is the client's responsibility.
The company cannot be held responsible for visa application rejections.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dubai My Dream:

Cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by weather conditions, official decisions, flight delays, health problems, or situations caused by the customer.
Liability for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party service providers is limited.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website (logo, writings, visuals, graphics, designs, etc.) belongs to Dubai My Dream. It cannot be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
