If you arrive late, no time extension will be granted and no refunds will be made.
Guests who have motion sickness (sea sickness) or think they might experience it are advised to take medication for motion sickness at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the tour.
You must bring and present your valid reservation/voucher document upon arrival.
Each passenger is required to present a valid identification document in accordance with the coast guard regulations.
Please be ready at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the tour time.
Guests are allowed to bring their own food. Bringing alcoholic beverages on board is permitted; however, service will not be provided by us. This practice is excluded during the month of Ramadan and officially declared DRY PERIOD durations.
Loud music is not allowed during the month of Ramadan.
Swimming activities can be booked for minimum 2-hour reservations or until 6:00 PM.

Due to Coast Guard regulations, each passenger must present a valid identification document (Work Card, Emirates ID, Passport, Visa, or Driver's License).
