Day 1: Istanbul – Naples (Amalfi Coast – Positano – Sorrento – Ravello)

We meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 04:00. After our check-in and baggage drop-off procedures, we depart for Naples at 07:10 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1453. Upon arrival at 08:30 local time, we collect our baggage and proceed to our waiting vehicle as indicated by our guide. The warm breeze from the Tyrrhenian Sea is actually the harbinger of a magnificent adventure. As soon as we complete our procedures, we head towards the Amalfi Coast, which is considered the most beautiful coastal road in the world and is protected by UNESCO. As we progress along this legendary route of 50 kilometers, with the deep blue sea on one side and steep cliffs rising to the sky on the other, we arrive at our first gem, Positano. Among the colorful houses clinging to the steep slopes, we inhale the scent of bougainvillea as we explore the narrow stairways, and then we turn our course towards Sorrento, which has inspired many songs. In this city, which proudly overlooks the Gulf of Naples from its steep cliffs, we take a moment in the shade of famous lemon groves, letting our souls drift in the tranquility of the Mediterranean. The day's finale will be at the noble village of Ravello, perched high above the sea, where we engrave the infinite blue of the horizon line into our memories and collect plenty of memories before returning to our hotel in Naples at the time set by our guide. Day 2: Naples (Capri Island)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time set by our guide for a full-day tour of Capri Island. After arriving at Naples Port with our vehicle, we take a ferry to Capri Island. As we open up to the deep blue waters from Naples Port, the steep cliffs that rise in the distance invite us to the most elegant harbor of the Mediterranean. Upon arrival on the island, we start to explore two different worlds of Capri with our guide. The heart of the island, the charming Capri with its chic boutiques and famous Piazzetta, and the more tranquil Anacapri, known for its panoramic views. We take a photo break in front of the massive Faraglioni Rocks that rise from the sea and witness the mysterious light play of the Blue Grotto (depending on weather conditions). After enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the island from Monte Solaro, you can either enjoy shopping in the narrow streets or indulge yourself in the crystal waters of the Mediterranean. Towards sunset, we return to the characteristic harbor of Naples by ferry and head back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Naples.

 

Day 3: Naples – Rome (Pompeii – Umberto Uno Gallery – Castel Nuovo – Naples Cathedral – Vatican – Colosseum - Aşk Fountain – Spanish Steps)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide. We head towards Pompeii, an ancient city frozen under the ashes of Mount Vesuvius, one of the most striking witnesses of history. While touching the daily life of thousands of years ago, the petrified human figures, baths, and wide streets, we will witness the halt of time. After this impressive discovery, we return to Naples, a city with a unique spirit of Italy, and visit the symbols of the city such as the magnificent Umberto Uno Gallery, the imposing Castel Nuovo, and the Naples Cathedral. During our free time in the vibrant atmosphere of the port area, we bid farewell to Naples while tasting refreshing lemon slushies and the famous "Baba" dessert, which is a signature of the city. In the afternoon, we set our course towards Rome, the heart of civilization. Upon our arrival in Rome, which greets us with its 2500-year glorious history, we walk among grand structures such as the center of the Catholic world, Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, the colossal Colosseum where the sounds of gladiators echoed, the ancient political center Roman Forum, and the magnificent Vittoriano Monument. At the end of the day, amidst this cosmopolitan city's enchanting atmosphere, we toss a coin into the Aşk Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) and collect memories at the Spanish Steps before heading to our hotel for accommodation. Day 4: Rome (Castel Gandolfo – Nemi Village – Outlet Mall – St. Peter's Square)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time set by our guide, heading towards Italy's hidden gardens. Our first stop is Castel Gandolfo, which has served as the Papal summer residence for centuries and proudly rises on the shores of a crater lake. After etching the enchanting gardens of this historic town and the lake view into our memories, we turn to the fairy-tale Nemi Village, built on the shores of a volcanic crater lake. Known as the "Strawberry Village," we spend unforgettable free time here amidst the aroma of fresh mountain strawberries. Following this, we enjoy a pleasant shopping break in an exclusive Outlet area where Italian fashion's heart beats, home to world-renowned brands. We conclude the day at Vatican, the heart of Christianity, where art and history merge. After absorbing the unique atmosphere between the columns of the majestic St. Peter's Square, we sense the spirit of Rome’s “Eternal City” and head to our accommodation hotel. Day 5: Rome - Florence (Tuscan Villages – Pisa – Siena – San Gimignano)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide, bidding farewell to the splendor of Rome. Our next destination is the Tuskana region, renowned for its wealth of scenery. Our first stop is the world-famous symbol of Italy, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which defies gravity with its tilted structure. After taking unforgettable photos here, we turn our route towards Siena, one of the most elegant members of the UNESCO World Heritage List. The narrow streets, the massive Piazza del Campo, and the impressive cathedral of Siena will make us feel as if we are on a time travel. We conclude the day in the enchanting San Gimignano, known for its 14 high towers called the skyscrapers of the Middle Ages. While strolling through its maze-like streets, we will trace the traces of history and art treasures in every corner of this charming village. As we greet the unique hills and vineyards of Tuscany, we head to our hotel for accommodation at the end of the day. Overnight at our hotel in Montecatini.

 

Day 6: Florence – Venice (Verona – Venice – St. Mark's Square and Cathedral – Doge's Palace – Grand Canal – Rialto Bridge – Venice Gondola Tour)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide and head towards Venice. On the way, we will visit Verona, known for hosting the greatest love story in history. At the banks of the Adige River, this city has retained its elegance since the Roman period; we trace the footsteps of Shakespeare's immortal work, Romeo and Juliet, visiting Juliet's famous balcony. While walking through the heart of Verona at Piazza Bra and Piazza delle Erbe, we salute the impressive Arena of Verona, which has survived since the 1st century. After bidding farewell to Verona’s medieval texture, we continue our journey to Venice, a fairy tale city dancing on water. Upon our arrival in this channel-laden enchanting city, we conduct a city tour covering St. Mark's Square and Cathedral, the glorious Doge's Palace, the Grand Canal, and the historic Rialto Bridge. To fully experience the spirit of Venice, guests can indulge in a Gondola Tour, gliding through the canals on traditional gondolas (Not included in the tour price. 45€ per person). After observing Venice from water level amidst narrow canals and mysterious bridges, we enjoy our free time before heading to our accommodation hotel. Day 7: Venice - Milan (Portofino – Lake Como – Milan – Sforza Castle – La Scala Opera House – Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery – Milan Cathedral)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide, and make our way to Portofino. Upon our arrival at this storybook fishing village adorned with colorful geraniums and fragrant jasmine, we will feel as if we are part of a poem. After a delightful break in Portofino's boutique streets, we head towards Lake Como, considered the most charismatic lake in the world. In Como, where Gothic and Renaissance architecture harmoniously merge with nature, we are captivated by the famous villas chosen by world stars from George Clooney to Madonna. Finally, we reach Milan, the modern face of Italy and the capital of design and lyrical opera. Starting our city tour at the majestic Sforza Castle from the 15th century, we visit the prestigious opera house La Scala, monuments reflecting the genius of Leonardo da Vinci, and the magnificent Vittorio Emanuele II Gallery, the oldest shopping mall in the world. While concluding the day in the shadow of the magnificent Milan Cathedral, we enjoy our free time for dinner and shopping before heading to our hotel in the fashion capital of Milan. Day 8: Milan (Chur Village – Bernina Express Train Journey – Tirano City – Lake Lugano)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time set by our guide and head towards Chur, Switzerland. Get ready for the most beautiful train journey in the world, Bernina Express, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, as we glide into the heart of the Alps. During this panoramic journey of approximately 4 hours, we will witness amazing landscapes by passing through 196 bridges and 55 tunnels, ranging from palm-lined areas to massive glaciers. Among these magnificent mountains, which are the sources of the Rhine and Danube rivers, we will rise to the point of touching clouds from our specially designed carriages and glide through an engineering marvel. After this extraordinary train journey, we arrive at Tirano in Italy and then set our course towards another gem in southern Switzerland, Lake Lugano. In this enchanting lakeside town, which combines both Swiss discipline and Italian aesthetics at the foot of the Alps; we take a leisurely walk along chic shopping streets and inhale the tranquility of the lakeside, relaxing our souls. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Milan with these unforgettable memories etched in our minds. Overnight at our hotel in Milan.

 

Day 9: Milan – Ljubljana  (Slovenia – Lake Bled – Pletna Boat Journey - Ljubljana)

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide, bid farewell to Italy, and turn our direction north towards Slovenia, one of the most fairy-tale corners of Europe. We reach Lake Bled, which sparkles like a jewel amidst the snowy peaks of the Julian Alps. Inviting you into a fairy tale with its turquoise waters and the small island in the middle of the lake, we reach the island by traditional "Pletna" boats and take a romantic walk in the shadow of Bled Castle, which appears to have jumped out from the dusty pages of history. After breathing in the calmness of the lake and the fresh air of nature, we indulge our taste buds with Bled’s famous cream cake "Kremna Rezina." At the end of the day, we head to Ljubljana, Slovenia’s peaceful and green capital. Overnight at our hotel in Ljubljana.

 

Day 10: Ljubljana – Istanbul

After having our breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time set by our guide. After leaving the hotel, our panoramic Ljubljana city tour begins. After exploring the beauties of Ljubljana, we have free time. After the free time, we head to Ljubljana Airport at the time set by our guide. After arriving at Ljubljana Airport, we complete our check-in and baggage drop-off procedures. We depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1064 at 20:15. Upon arrival at 23:40 local time, we bid farewell to our valued guests, hoping to meet again on a delightful tour.

BOOKING AGREEMENT AND GENERAL TERMS

INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

This agreement is made between Dubai Hayalim (hereinafter referred to as "Agency") and the consumer/guest purchasing the tour program. The consumer is deemed to have read and understood the tour program communicated to them at the time of reservation, as well as the general terms outlined below, and thus accepts them in advance.


ARTICLE 1: CANCELLATION, TRANSFER AND REFUND TERMS

1.1. If the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the tour, the full amount paid (excluding mandatory tax/fee expenses such as visa fees, insurance premiums, and airline ticket cancellation penalties) will be refunded to them.

1.2. In the case of cancellation requests made between 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the package tour price will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

1.3. In cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of the tour (or in case of No-Show), no refund will be made regardless of the reason (including health issues), and 100% of the package tour price will be charged.

1.4. For promotional, holiday, New Year, and special period tours or tours made with non-scheduled (charter) flights, there is no right to cancellation or refund, regardless of the above timeframes.

1.5. In the event that the consumer cannot participate in the tour, they may transfer their right to participate to a third party who meets the participation requirements, provided that they inform in writing at least 7 days before the start of the tour. Any fees for changing the name on airline tickets or visa expenses arising from the transfer will be shared by the transferring and accepting parties.


ARTICLE 2: VISA AND PASSPORT PROCEDURES

2.1. Consumers must have passports that are valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel and that were issued within the last 10 years. Dubai Hayalim cannot be held responsible for any issues encountered at border crossings due to torn, damaged, or non-compliant passports.

2.2. Dubai Hayalim acts only as an intermediary between the consumer and the consulates. In cases where consulates reject or delay visa applications, or fail to cover travel dates, Dubai Hayalim has no legal or financial responsibility. In cases of failure to obtain a visa, the cancellation conditions in Article 1 remain fully applicable; visa and insurance fees are not refundable.

2.3. Entry into the relevant countries is entirely at the discretion of the customs and border police of that country. Dubai Hayalim cannot be held responsible for consumers who, despite having a valid visa or a green passport, are not allowed into the country, and no refund requests can be made.


ARTICLE 3: FLIGHTS AND TRANSPORTATION RULES

3.1. The flight times and aircraft types specified in the tour programs are determined by the airlines and may be changed due to weather conditions, technical faults, or operational reasons. The consumer acknowledges the risk of changes in time and aircraft type when purchasing the tour.

3.2. Flight tickets are issued as round-trip group tickets. If the consumer misses their departure flight (No-Show), the return flight will also be automatically canceled according to international aviation rules. If a consumer misses their departure flight and joins the tour through their own means, they will be responsible for covering the cost of a new airline ticket or airport-hotel transfer.

3.3. Information on delays at airports, platform/gate changes, is the consumer's own responsibility. Dubai Hayalim is not responsible for missed flights caused by failure to monitor announcements or boards.


ARTICLE 4: ACCOMMODATION AND EXTRA TOURS

4.1. Dubai Hayalim reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that it maintains the standards and categories (e.g., 4-star) of the hotels specified in the tour program.

4.2. In triple rooms, the 3rd bed is classified as an "extra bed" (foldable or sofa bed) which is smaller and less comfortable than a standard bed. Hotels do not guarantee 3 separate standard beds.

4.3. Extra tours specified in the program will be carried out only with a minimum participation of 10 people. Extra tours may be canceled or their content may change in case of insufficient participation or adverse weather conditions.


ARTICLE 5: FORCE MAJEURE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. Dubai Hayalim cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or modification of the tour due to "Force Majeure" events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, terrorist acts, border crossings being closed, or flight cancellations by airlines.

5.2. Dubai Hayalim retains the right to change the tour route and the sequence of days, provided that it does not reduce the program content, in line with the safety, health or operational requirements of the group.

5.3. The consumer is personally responsible for personal belongings left behind, lost, or stolen in transfer vehicles or hotels during travel; Dubai Hayalim cannot be held liable for any compensation.

  2. It is mandatory to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. It is recommended to carry the physical copy of your passport and visa, if applicable.
  3. Flight and Reservation Documents:
  4. It is advisable to have your flight ticket, hotel reservation, and tour program prints or digital copies ready.
  5. Cash and Payment Tools:
  6. It is recommended to carry a certain amount of cash (USD) and international credit/debit cards.
  • Clothing Selection: Lightweight and comfortable clothes suitable for the season.
  • A light jacket/shawl for shopping malls and indoor areas.
  • More covered clothes for visits to religious and cultural sites.

  2. Due to Dubai's hot climate, it is recommended to have sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
  3. Personal Medicines:
  4. If you have regular medications, they must be brought with a prescription. A small travel bag can be prepared for basic needs like pain relievers and stomach medicine.
  5. Electronic Devices and Adapter:
  6. Phone, chargers, and since the plug type may differ, it would be beneficial to carry an international adapter.
  7. Personal Care Products:
  8. Daily use products (toothbrush, cosmetics, etc.) and items that may be needed during the flight should be kept in your carry-on luggage.
  9. Spare Clothing:
  10. It is recommended to carry one spare clothing item in your carry-on bag for possible luggage delays.
  11. Travel Insurance Documents:
  12. If you have done it, keep a printout or digital copy of your insurance policy with you.
