Day 1: Istanbul - Singapore

We meet in front of the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at the International Departure Terminal of Istanbul Airport at 14:00. After completing our check-in and baggage drop-off procedures, we depart for Singapore at 17:00 on Turkish Airlines flight TK208.

 

Day 2: Singapore (Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum - Merlion Park)

Upon our arrival at 08:45 local time and after collecting our luggage, we meet our guide at the designated area and board our vehicle. Our first stop on the tour is Chinatown, where we experience the city’s energy to the fullest, followed by a visit to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, the most important temple in Chinatown. The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple is a magnificent Buddhist temple located in Singapore’s Chinatown. According to legend, it houses the sacred tooth relic of the Buddha and offers our guests a mystical atmosphere with its rich architecture and impressive museum. Next, we head towards Little India Street, known for its colorful streets and the fusion of different cultures. While walking amidst the mystical touch of Hindu temples, we arrive at the UNESCO-protected Botanic Gardens, a paradise of tropical plants where we can feel the tranquility of nature. Afterwards, we reach our hotel with our waiting vehicle. After checking in, we settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may leave the hotel in the evening to take a walk at Merlion Park and enjoy some free time for dinner. After dinner, we return to our hotel, illuminated by the lights of Singapore. Overnight stay at our Singapore hotel.

 

Day 3: Singapore – Bali (Gardens By The Bay)

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time designated by our guide. Then we head towards Gardens By The Bay, an iconic garden of Singapore known for its giant "Supertrees" and futuristic greenhouses, showcasing a fascinating blend of nature and technology. This impressive garden will make you feel as if you are walking in the world of the future. Later in the day, at the time indicated by our guide, we arrive at Singapore Airport. After completing our baggage drop-off procedures, we take a flight to Bali which lasts approximately 3 hours. Upon our arrival in Bali, we collect our luggage and transfer to our Bali Hotel with our waiting vehicle. Overnight stay at our Bali hotel.

 

 

Day 4: Bali (Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary - Mount Batur and Lake Batur - Tirta Empul Temple)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off at the time our guide has designated for us, heading towards the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary. This sacred forest, located in the heart of Ubud, is home to hundreds of long-tailed macaque monkeys. With temples, lush nature, and freely roaming monkeys, it offers our visitors a mystical and exotic experience. While the monkeys curiously inspect what’s in your bags and pockets, you will experience the tranquility of being one with nature. Around lunchtime, we move toward the Kintamani region, where you will be greeted by the stunning view of Mount Batur and Lake Batur. After an optional lunch at a local restaurant, we head towards Tirta Empul Temple, a significant Hindu temple famous for its holy water springs. Visitors witness traditional spiritual experiences in the clear water pools used for purification rituals, touching upon the spiritual world of Bali. Toward the end of the day, we walk through the lush Tegalalang Rice Terraces and for those adrenaline-seeking guests, we have the chance to feel the freedom on Bali's famous swing. We take a pleasant coffee break at an authentic Ubud café, sharing delightful memories of the day, and guests may also have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs from local shops. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel at the time designated by our guide. Overnight stay at our Bali hotel.

 

Day 5: Bali (Besakih Temple - Tukad Cepung Waterfall - Tirta Gangga Water Palace)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time indicated by our guide towards our first stop, the silent and mystical Besakih Temple. Besakih Temple is Bali's largest and most sacred Hindu temple complex, located at the foot of Mount Agung. This impressive sacred site is considered one of the spiritual centers of the island. The temple offers you a moment where time seems to stand still. As our guide explains the secrets of the temple, you witness Bali’s ancient beliefs. After our tour, we travel through the Tropical Forest to reach Tukad Cepung Waterfall. Here, you will experience an adventure like no other walking beneath the cascading water and will shed all the fatigue within you while embracing nature's enchanting embrace. Afterwards, guests may enjoy an optional delicious lunch. After lunch, we take tranquil walks at Tirta Gangga Water Palace. With lush gardens and lotuses, you will find yourself in a dreamlike world. At the end of the day, for those who wish, we have the option to enjoy fresh seafood for dinner at the seaside, followed by a coastal walk, immersing in Bali’s delightful night. Overnight stay at our Bali hotel.

 

Day 6: Bali (Canggu – Tegenungan Waterfall)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time indicated by our guide to reach Canggu. Canggu is one of Bali’s popular beach regions, famous for its surf beaches, relaxing atmosphere, and stylish cafés. After our panoramic tour there, we arrive at Tegenungan Waterfall. Here, we enjoy a delightful time at the infinity pool, forgetting all our fatigue. In the evening, we enjoy fresh seafood at a seaside restaurant for dinner. Afterwards, we take a peaceful walk in Bali’s night atmosphere, concluding this wonderful day where we fully experienced nature's richness. Overnight stay at our Bali hotel.

Day 7: Bali (Ulun Danu Beratan Temple - Bayumala Waterfall - Handara Gate)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart at the time designated by our guide towards Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, located in the cool climate of Bedugul. The reflection of the temple on the calm surface of the lake spreads a serene ambiance into your soul. Next, we visit Bayumala Waterfall, allowing yourself to be refreshed by nature’s cool embrace. After an optional lunch, we head to Handara Gate, one of Instagram's most visited spots. Here, we take photos and gather memories in nature’s arms. At the end of the day, we have the chance to explore the traditional handicrafts market and souvenir shops, purchasing unforgettable gifts for your loved ones while enjoying the sunset at the beach. We then transfer back to our hotel. Overnight stay at our Bali hotel.

 

Day 8: Bali – Kuala Lumpur (Petronas Twin Towers – Merdeka Square - Sultan Abdul Samad Building)

After having breakfast at the hotel, we check out at the time designated by our guide and head to Bali Airport to go to Kuala Lumpur, one of the most important cities in Malaysia and the world. Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport, we collect our luggage and we reach our waiting vehicle. We start our tour with Petronas Twin Towers. After exploring these towering structures that pierce the sky, we arrive at Merdeka Square and the magnificent Sultan Abdul Samad Building to experience the historical fabric of the city. We visit the nearby Jamek Mosque to enjoy a peaceful pause by the river. Towards the end of the day, we head to ChinaTown, where the colorful streets, bargaining sounds, and street food warm our hearts. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel at the time designated by our guide. Overnight stay at our Kuala Lumpur hotel.

 

Day 9: Kuala Lumpur - Istanbul

After having breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. At the time indicated by our guide, we head to Kuala Lumpur Airport. Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport, we complete our check-in and baggage drop-off procedures. We depart for Istanbul at 09:50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK63. We arrive in Istanbul Airport at 15:40 local time, and we bid farewell with the hope of meeting again on another enjoyable tour.

KAYIT CONTRACT AND TERMS INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE This contract is concluded between DUBAİ HAYALİM (hereinafter referred to as 'Agency') and the consumer/guest purchasing the tour program. The consumer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the tour program and the general terms below at the time of reservation. ARTICLE 1: CANCELLATION, TRANSFER, AND REFUND TERMS 1.1. If the consumer requests cancellation more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour, the total amount paid (excluding mandatory tax/fee expenses such as visa fees, insurance costs, and airline ticket cancellation penalties) will be refunded. 1.2. In case of cancellation requests made between 29 to 15 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the package tour price will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded. 1.3. No refunds will be made for cancellations made 14 days or less before the start of the tour (or in cases of No-Show), regardless of the reason (including health issues), and 100% of the package tour price will be charged. 1.4. There is no right to cancel and refund for promotional, holiday, New Year's, and special period tours, or tours conducted with charter flights, regardless of the above durations. 1.5. In cases where the consumer cannot participate in the tour, they can transfer their rights to a third party who meets the conditions for participation in the tour, provided they notify in writing at least 7 days before the start of the tour. Any penalties for name changes on airline tickets or visa costs arising from the transfer process are to be paid jointly by the transferor and the transferee. ARTICLE 2: VISA AND PASSPORT PROCEDURES 2.1. Consumers are required to have passports valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date and issued no more than 10 years ago. DUBAİ HAYALİM cannot be held responsible for problems encountered at border checkpoints due to torn, damaged, or non-compliant passports. 2.2. DUBAİ HAYALİM acts only as an intermediary between the consumer and the consulates. DUBAİ HAYALİM has no legal or financial liability if consulates reject or delay visa applications or do not cover travel dates. In case of inability to obtain a visa, the cancellation conditions in Article 1 apply; visa and insurance fees are non-refundable. 2.3. Entry to the relevant countries is entirely at the discretion of the country's customs and border police. DUBAİ HAYALİM cannot be held responsible for consumers who are denied entry despite having a valid visa or green passport, and no refund request can be made. ARTICLE 3: FLIGHTS AND TRANSPORTATION RULES 3.1. The flight times and aircraft types specified in the tour programs are determined by the airlines and may change due to weather conditions, technical malfunctions, or operational reasons. The consumer accepts the risk of changes in time and aircraft type at the time of purchasing the tour. 3.2. Airline tickets are issued as round-trip group tickets. If the consumer misses their outbound flight (No-Show), the return flight is automatically canceled under international aviation rules. If a consumer misses their outbound flight and wishes to join the tour, they are responsible for any new airline tickets or airport-hotel transfers. 3.3. Flight delay information at airports and changes in terminals/gates are the consumer's responsibility to track. DUBAİ HAYALİM is not responsible for missed flights due to failure to follow announcements or monitors. ARTICLE 4: ACCOMMODATION AND EXCURSIONS 4.1. DUBAİ HAYALİM reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the standards and categories (e.g., 4-star) of the hotels specified in the tour program. 4.2. In triple rooms, the third bed is classified as an "additional bed" (foldable or sofa bed) and is smaller and less comfortable than a standard bed. Hotels do not guarantee three separate standard beds. 4.3. Optional tours specified in the program will only take place if a minimum participation of 10 people is achieved. Optional tours may be canceled or modified due to insufficient numbers or weather conditions. ARTICLE 5: FORCE MAJEURE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS 5.1. DUBAİ HAYALİM cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes to the tour due to "Force Majeure" events that are beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, terrorist acts, closure of border gates, or flight cancellations by airlines. 5.2. DUBAİ HAYALİM has the right to change the tour route and the order of the days, provided that it does not reduce the content of the program, based on the safety, health, or operational requirements of the group. 5.3. Consumers are personally responsible for personal belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during transfers or in hotels during the travel period; DUBAİ HAYALİM cannot be held liable for any compensation.
