Alcoholic beverages are not included in the price. Transportation services can be provided for an additional fee if requested.
Guests can bring their own food. Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the boat; however, service will be provided by us. This practice is excluded during the month of Ramadan and during officially declared DRY PERIOD times.
Loud music is not permitted during the month of Ramadan.
Swimming activities can be booked with a minimum reservation of 2 hours or until 6:00 PM.

In case of lateness, no time adjustment will be made, and refund requests will not be accepted.
Guests who are prone to seasickness or think they might experience it are advised to take seasickness medication at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the tour.
Please bring your valid voucher (reservation document) and present it upon arrival.
According to Coast Guard rules, each passenger must present a valid identification document (Work Card, Emirates ID, Passport, Visa, or Driver's License).
We kindly ask you to arrive 10–15 minutes before your tour.
