Need to Know

The minimum reservation period is 3 hours (for a more enjoyable experience, reservations of 4 hours or more are recommended).

Guests may bring their own food. Bringing alcoholic beverages on board is permitted; however, service will not be provided by us. This practice is excluded during the month of Ramadan and officially declared DRY PERIOD durations.

High-volume music is not allowed during the month of Ramadan.

Swimming activities can only be booked with a minimum reservation of 2 hours or until 6:00 PM.

In case of late arrival, no adjustments will be made to the time, and refund requests will not be accepted.


Guests who experience or think they may experience seasickness are advised to take seasickness medication at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the tour.


Please bring your valid voucher (reservation document) and present it upon arrival.


As per Coast Guard regulations, every passenger is required to present a valid identification document (Work Card, Emirates ID, Passport, Visa, or Driver's License).


Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour.
