If you are late, no time adjustments will be made and refund requests will not be accepted.


Guests who experience seasickness or think they might experience it are advised to take seasickness medication at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before the tour.


Please bring your valid voucher (reservation document) with you and present it upon arrival.


According to Coast Guard regulations, every passenger is required to present a valid identification document (Work Card, Emirates ID, Passport, Visa, or Driver's License).


Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour.
